Ride Report For The Texas Custom Car & Chopper Show In El Paso - August 18, 2007

On August 18, 2007, Rafa, my son Michael and I took a short ride to the Texas Street Custom Car and Chopper show in El Paso.  We first stopped at Smokey’s BBQ for dinner and then headed downtown for some fun and good music.  After checking out all the nice cars, trucks and motorcycles, we headed to the main stage to watch The Fungi Mungles, Mini Kiss, and Blue Oyster Cult.  We were invited by a couple of members from The El Paso Road Queens to sit in the VIP section, so we had some of the best seats in the house.  After the concert, we headed home to get some rest for that early morning Sunday ride.

The pictures below are of Rafa, my son Michael, and me.  The John Deer tractor was actually a trike with a small V8 engine....pretty cool and sounded good too. The models posing for the picture took a liking to Rafa!
